How does my workout routine sound? thanks :)?!


Question: How does my workout routine sound!? thanks :)!?
Every day i run for 30-45 mins depending on how early i get up for cardio, then i do push-ups until failure rest and do it agian, then i do the same for sit-ups, and pull ups!. also three times a week i work my workout bench with has leg lifts, arm crunches where you pull your arms, using the side of your arm, into your chest!. It has a pull down bar similar to a pull up, a push out similar to a push up where you sit down and push out, and that's it for the working!. now the diet im doing right now is about 75% veggies, 25% meat with protien shakes every now and then (not much), and a serving r two of fruit a day!. im not looking to get real buff just tone and maby a six pack and decent chest!. im about 23!.5% body fat, 5'9" and 150lbs!. im 18 btw and ive only been doing this for a week!. its just something i made up from research!.

The biggest thing to focus on with strength training is muscular balance!. (if you work your chest, you must also work your back) if you don't balance out your body by working the opposing muscle you will have muscular inbalances that can cause injury and actually change your posture to slump forward or back!.
If I understand the description of your workout, it doesn't look like your getting a back workout (upper, middle, and lower back), it doesn't look like your getting a hamstring workout (The back of your thighs) You may or may not be getting enough of a tricep workout (opposite muscle to your bicep)!.
It would be work paying to meet with a personal trainer atleast once, to show them your workout and make SURE it's balanced!. Too much of one muscle and not enough of the opposing muscle can really cause problems!! Your diet seems pretty good!. I've found a Protein shake to be helpful, especially when it includes your multi-vitamin for hte day in it!.
As far as your cardio, every day is GREAT! Shoot for 45 minutes each day instead of 30 so that you can burn more fat, and get close to making that six pack visible!. Remember you can workout your abs like CRAZY, but if you don't burn off the fat over the top, you'll never see the six pack!.
Also!. STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH :) :) You actually IMPROVE your results from strength training, when you stretch sufficiently after your workout!.
