only one thing!. EAT!. eat things that are healthy because believe it or not the healthy food cheers a person up as it speeds up the metabolism!. dont eat too much fat because it will make u more depressed!. the best way to cheer up is go outside and run or walk!. science shows that walking or running especially makes the heart pump blood faster and make u more relaxed when u r done!. eat at least 2500 calories or 2000 the least to stay healthy and have energy to exercise!. its good u werent trying to lose weight or u would've been really sick!. dont be afraid to see a doctor!. I have been where you are!. Think about taking a sedative!. The first week or so take as directed!. It calms you down and lets you refocus and youll eat better!. After that back off of the sedatives as you can no need to rush!. My self i would not take antidepressents unless you are still not able to manage!. But from my expreience!. I really believe the sedative will work!. most of the time we just need a break to calm down refocus and get back to normal!. Dont be afraid of antidepressents im sure you wont need them the are given to quickley!. but some times when a garden hose wont put out a fire you have to get more drastic and use a firehose!.
