So i did the master cleanse for 5 days....?!

Question: So i did the master cleanse for 5 days!.!.!.!.!?

I did it for health reasons not to lose weight!. However i stopped after 5 days and for four days now i have been eating normal!. However i want to start again tomorrow because it was really good!. Is this okay!? Thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

your suposed to do it for a minimum of 10 days!. you can't just skip a day!. you should start all over and try to aim for ten days this time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
