How can i loose weight quickly?!


Question: How can i loose weight quickly!?
im always hungry!
and if i eat super healthy i start to crave fats (its insanely annoying and just about impossible to resist)

The exercise programme shall includes cardiovascular exercises and strength training!.

Cardio exercises will burn calories and lower body fat, furthermore it will also strengthen the heart and lungs!.

there is a trick to eating fat and still losing some weight!. for example, a bologne has a lot of fat in it in general but two slices of wheat bread and add some letuce and tomato to it, it will even out the fat and good calories and u'll actually be eating more good calories and losing weight while still eating fat!. do this mix with a lot of food and u will not be hungry anymore and still be healthy!. the most important thing is to not starve ur self because it will slow ur metabolism!. u want ur metabolism fast and u do that by eating more, not less!. aim for AT LEAST 2000 calories a day and nothing less!. eat more protein found in fruit, turkey and chicken breast, lean meat, and some peanut butter!. unless u crave fast food then its gonna be heard to lose weight very hard!. unless u order grilled chicken with no mayo and cheese!. that would be healthy to eat!. also, no soda or fries!. Count your calories when you eat junk food!.

Go to the gym and stay there until you've lost all the calories you gained from junk food (It normally shows how much calories you've lost)

If you don't like the gym, I suggest you eat gum whenever you get bored!. See if it makes you feel content!.

Well first of all you can't just eat healthy to lose weight!.
You have to exercise 4 times a week for 20 mins!.
Also, have whole-wheat bread, pasta noodles and rice!.
Don't get rid of fats just cut them down because sometimes it's nice to treat yourself to a snack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise 5 times a week for 40-90 minutes a day and you can eat almost anythingWww@Answer-Health@Com
