How to spot reduce my hips?!


Question: How to spot reduce my hips!?
Hi, I'm working out doing resistance training and aerobic walking, and dieting, have lost weight and inches everywhere except around my hips!. This is so frustrating, anyone have any tips on how to get that area on the right track!?!? PLEASE!?!? :) Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Theres no such thing as spot reduction!.
Genetically women store most fat around their thighs and butt (for men its the midsection)!.
Keep with the exercise, you'll feel it around your hips soon!.
Read up on interval training!. Its better than the aerobic walking and resistance walking your doing!.
Read up on GI of carbs!. Some diets are just dumb!. Try to understand what your doing before you follow advice!.

Sounds like that is your body's main "reserves"!. You can't really spot reduce; the only thing you can do is increase your workout intensity and cut a few calories!. It will be a slow process!. The body takes fat when and where it wants to!.
