Question: Cranberry too much sugar!?
im working out regularly but kinda afraid to take too much fat at night!. i love dry cranberry as snacks, and i can eat a lot!. Is it really bad!? cuz im trying to control my weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check the nutrition fact label on the bag!. Dried fruit tends to be pretty high in calories!. A year or so ago, I bought "dried blueberries!." They were delicious and I was thinking how they tasted like candy!. I checked the label and they were coated in some type of sweet stuff which added tons of calories--no wonder they were so good!. You should eat fresh fruit instead!. All the sugar is natural, and since the fruit isn't dehydrated it will fill you up more with fewer calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No I think cranberrys are pretty healthy, if youre that worried look at the product your buying or how much sugar is on the package Www@Answer-Health@Com
