About calories eaten and burned?!


Question: About calories eaten and burned!?
Well my wedding is 5 months from now!. I'm not sure how much I can lose by then , but I started counting the calories I eat, and the calories I burn at the gym and around the house!. Because I know that in order to lose weight , you need to lose more than what you ate!. My question is , what happens in those days when I am resting, for example today, I'm not going to work out!. You will be putting in more than you take out!. Why don't you just take 30-45 mins and go walk around the block!. It is a good idea to let your body rest from hard workouts!. But I do suggest doing something low impact on the days you are not working out hard!.
