Question: HEY IM ADDICTED TO eating!?
Im always eat, even if im not hungry, all the time no matter what i have to eat, it just tastes goooood!. I and its not what i eat, i could eat an apple, but then i need 1 more apple, then maybe 2-3 granola bars!. Im really not fat, my bmi says im a healthy weight, but i do got some tub on me, and i dont want it to keep acumulating over the years, and this is everything ive eaten today:
-3 granola bars
- 1 apple
-potatoes
- big sandwich
- 3 hot cocos
-yogurt
- 1 chicken wing
- 3 other kinds of granola bars
- 8 mini reces peices
- 10 slices of salomi
- pickles
- some cookie dough
- chips
- 2 pops
- 2 mini snickers
and i was even pissed cause we have no "good" food
and im 13! holy crap, i dont want to keep getting bigger
please help i eat all the time, im not sad, happy, im just normal all day but i just keep eating cause it tastes good, im gonna be a whaleWww@Answer-Health@Com

I eat a lot too!. I asked my mom and she said that teens get hungry these ages, I guess it's cause of puberty!. So yeah, I'm just like you!. And you're not fat (I saw your pic)!. And people call me "skinny"!.

You need to go to a food addiction group and see what strategies they give you!. Instead of eating what you feel, make a menu for the week and stick to that while limiting extra snacks!. Exercise instead of eating and you will gain control!. Also eating pickles will help keep off the weight and let you adjust!. Start chewing gum because it will keep the jaw moving and your thoughts off of food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
eat healthy stuff high in fiber and/or protein!. It'll make you feel more full!. and tell your parents to stop buying that garbage!. seriously, it's a complete waste of money that could be put to actual use!. no offense but I'm saying that for your own good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
so you are on a see food diet you see food and you eat it,sounds like you have a lot of time on your hands with nothing to do,find you some friends and get out more and hang out and you will be healthier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You eat like a bird!. eat full meals so you can satisfy your hunger instead of picking at crumbs of junk food all day!.
