Question: So- heres whats going on!?
so I slipped up and purged today!. I feel really shitty about it!. but I really really want to lose weight!. and eating 2 cookies isn't going to help that!. later I need to exercise!. and I also wanna take a nap!.


I really need more tips on how to lose weight in the healthy way!. I have a meal-plan from my dietitian!. and I don't see my therapist until wednesday!.

I need help please!.
I can't continue this cycle of slipping up!.
but I feel like I've lost control of my weight!. and I won't let that happen!. later I'm going on a 45 minute run with my dog Bella!. and a 10 minute run with my dog Meri!. but Meri needs her hoodie!.!.!.!.

can anyone give me any tips/advice!? I want to be thin!. and I want to be toned!. I want to wear a size 5-7 jeans again!. I'm not going to get as low as a 00 again!. I will die this time and I really don't want that!.!.!.
my friend (for those of you who know what I am talking about) hasnt gone to the hospital yet!.

Cassie, it takes time to change your thought processes!. It takes at least 30 days for something to become a habit!. Two cookies isn't a purge honey, and two cookies aren't going to hurt you!. Two cookies is not a "slip up!."

A box of cookies could hurt!. If self-control is an issue, do what I do: don't allow cookies in the house!. =)

I guarantee you, you WILL wear size 5-7 jeans again!. Maybe not as quickly as you'd like, but you will!.

Focus on one thing at a time!. Go to www!.mypyramid!.gov and print out your own personal healthful eating guide!. Have that be your bible for at least a month!. Focus on FUELING your body, not feeding it!. Stay off the scale!. Always wear clothes suitable for athletic activities -- in case you get the urge to go for a walk, you'll be ready!. Athletic clothes don't have sizes on them either, so your focus won't be on size 5 or 7!.

Once your diet (as in food you eat, not in a "diet" where the intent is to lose weight) becomes second nature, then add the next step of routine workouts!. Email me at that time and maybe I can help you!.

I know it's hard, but try to stop focusing on what you think are the negatives about your body!. We all do it, but (as you know) when it consumes your life it's a potential problem!.

If you don't like your body yet, be grateful you can walk!. Replace the negatives with positives like this!. Think of my friend who was a runner for years and a motorcycle accident turned her into a paraplegic!. She's still beautiful, inside and out -- but she can't run!. She can't walk!.

You should try the raw food diet, that's how I eat!. You get practically all the necessary vitamins and nutrients you need, and you have a lot more energy!. Also it's a really good way to lose weight in a healthy way, because it creates a natural balance in your body, that simply with time normalizes your weight!. You can eat as much as you want, and is most cases never gain an ounce!.

it is actually healthy to have some sweets in you!. find some healthy foods that you really llike to eat!.

Cassie, I have struggled with my weight my entire life!. I have been on every diet known to man!. Twice in my life I set my mind to it and lost a lot of weight, only to gain it all back!. I think the most important thing to losing weight is being sworn to it mentally!. Two cookies is not really slipping up!. It is your conscience that is bothering you because you are convinced that those cookies will make you fat!. If you are watching calories, deduct those calories from your daily intake!. My diet consisted of no more than 1200 calories a day, and brisk walking every day!. Sometimes I would just crave something sweet, so I would eat 2 hersheys kisses!. It would satisfy my craving and actually it helped because it got my conscience into action and made me more aware of what I was doing!. I managed to lose 80 pounds in about 7 months!. But I was very faithful about my caloric intake and my walking!. You will too if you follow the guidelines!. Sometimes we need a slip up to get us back on track!. Just don't fall back into old eating patterns!. It takes determination!. and a lot of willpower!. I know you can do this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As for you; you need to find something else to do with your time that is creative and will help motivate you physically and spiritually!.
What is something that really stimulates your desire!? Something do do with animals, perhaps!? Walking with your dogs is a wonderful way to get exercise!. But you need to find something else!. Maybe teaching them tricks!? So that you can get down and play with them and not be thinking of yourself or how you look!. They just want your love! They don't care what you look like!
Only you know what drives your passion!. Expound on it by using your imagination!. There are so many things you can do! Www@Answer-Health@Com
