Question: Getting fit - except the boobs!?
Hi all!

I've lost weight to a size 9 which I'm really happy about!. However, no matter how much weight I lose, NOTHING happens to my boobs!. NOTHING!.

I have always had an F cup and it's a PAIN because it makes it uncomfortable for me to jog etc and it makes it difficult for me to find tops with my waist size that actually fit around my boobs!.

Is there anything I can do to lose fat in that area!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweetie you are not going to be able to get those babies down to a C or D (LOL)

You might be able to see some results (again not to like a C or D range but a reduction nevertheless) by your diet!.

The more lean you are the more fat, obviously, you will lose and that will include the bajungas- rofl!

Low caloric diet with lean proteins and healthy carbs and a good amount of cardio (like 45 mins a day) PLUS 3 days of resistance/weight trainining (high reps with low weights with chest being a BIG workout day) and sprint running are formulated for a leaner body!.

See what happens with that!. Please note: if your goal is for more substantial loss of bossom size, breast reduction surgery will be necessary because as you said, your boobs are impeding some of the exercises and are hurting your back!.

From what I've been told, you can't really control where you lose weight from!. If you lose weight, typically you'll lose it from all over your body, but if one specific area isn't reducing in size, even though you've lost weight in other areas, there might not be anything you can do!.

If you've been doing aerobic activity for at least 30 minutes a day 4-6 times a week, doing 2-3 weight training sessions a week, and eating healthfully (whole grains, fruits, vegtables, lean protein, etc) and you're still not seeing a difference in your breast size!.!.!.you may need to look into breast reduction surgery (if it is bothering you that much)!.

Sorry if that's not the answer you wanted to hear!.!.!.but I know several people who have gone through the same experience and ended up having surgery!.!.!.things turned out well though and some insurance companies will cover it!. I'd look into it! Hope this helps! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whatever anyone says a diet is hard to keep to!. It's ok for those who are slim by nature but for those that aren't it can be an extremely hard thing to do!. There are hundreds of diets with all sorts of methods but when it comes down to it it's always the same - burn more calories and consume less!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
