Will this workout be ok for me ???!


Question: Will this workout be ok for me !?!?!?
i want to get a 6 pack ha ha but i do and im doing this workout hat u fink or any other things i can do

anyway this is my workout

20 leg raises
20 leg cycles
10 press ups

15 second rest

15 sit ups
15 curl ups
and 10 more press ups

30 second rest then i go outside
and i do about a 20 min run / jog

is that enough or should i do more or anything you can say dont hesitate please thanks

Wow, that would be impossible for me!

You have to buy yourself 10 load of bread, a whole bunch of energy bars, eat lots of pizza & pasta, etc!., you need like a lot of energy & calories!.

Drink more than 10 cups of water or you'll get a fever or dyhydration!.

Doing all that takes up a lot of fat, energy, and water from your body so you need a LOT of calories, energy, and water!.
