Question: What do I do!? fitness section!?
Ok!.
So everyone was right that I would burn myself out with the amount that I was working out!.
I thought I wouldn't!.!.!.but I did
And also!.!.!.I ran out of ritalin so I've had a big appetite today!.!.!.and what do I feed it with!?
I've had 4 cookies today!!!! Ahhh

I felt so shitty that I threw it up! Which I was doing so good with NOT purging!. I've been obsessing about the scale again

But my major question is!.!.!.how do I get excersising again without burning myself out again!?
How can I do this!?
