Diet/Exercise Plan...Any other ideas?!


Question: Diet/Exercise Plan!.!.!.Any other ideas!?
I'm planning for the next fortnight to swim for 2 hours 3 times a week, jog for an hour every morning, and also do a fitness video at least once a day!.!.!.
I plan to cut all carbs out my diet and drink only water (6 glasses a day) and black coffee!.!.!.How much weight do you think i could lose!?
Also does anyone have any ideas on how to improve this plan!?

Make sure you eat ! You have to eat to lose weight!. Your workout plan sounds good!. I recommend - baking boneless skinless chicken and greens like broccoli!.

Salads with low fat dressing, and diet soda keeps my energy up!.

Hard boil eggs for breakfast (I like jumbo) and eat the egg whites and maybe one yolk!.

I would say 5 lbs a week is possible!.

Whoa whoa your BMI is average I dont recommend losing weight!. Though I suggest since most people with BMI 20+ look fat but arent, I would do crutches and V's to tighten your body!. But if your BMI reaches over 25 then your overweight!. if it reaches -18 then your underweight!. So 22!.5 and around is average/perfect weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a lot, but cutting all carbs outta diet while exercising is not the best idea!. not healthy!.

i had a unhealthy diet plan which cost me to ride in an ambulance to the hospital!.
