Answers:
Whole Grain Bread (whole wheat, brown and wild rice, etc)

Lean Meats (chicken breast, chicken drumstick fat trimmed, beef fat trimmed,etc!.!.)

Fish (salmon, rainbow trout, sole - limit canned tuna due to preservatives and salt)

Nuts (in moderation all seeds and nuts - about a handful spread throughout the day, peanut butter - natural and pure - no other oils or sugar added, almond butter)

Dairy ( skim, 1 to 2% milk, low fat yogurt - do not use no fat, low fat cheese- processed is more easily available in low fat)

Oils (olive oil, peanut oil, little or no butter - don't be fooled into margarine, some are more harmful than butter due to hyrogenation)

NOTE: do not deep fry any food as it loses its nutritional value and adds to transfats

Cereal (all low sugar, especially whole grains or added fiber)

NOTE: high fiber foods do not get digested in full in the stomach or the small intestine, therefore, they make the large intestine to do some of the work - prevents or reduces risk of colon cancer

Vegetables (all vegetables for the most part, raw has more fiber content, steamed or stir fried - boiling washes away most of nutrients)

Processed Tomatoes (fresh tomato is good, but processed is better - tomato paste, pasta sauce, pizza sauce, tomato juice - beware of the amount of salt )

Fruits (all fruits - fresh or dried, have sweet fruits and banana sparingly- little hint of green on banana skin suggests more fiber and less sugar)

Eggs (no more than 4 yolks - the yellow part- per week, Egg white however, as much as you wish per day)

In a very general way, you can read a couple books that will give you a good sound basis for helping you choose good foods!. "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon and Mary G!. Enig, Ph!.D!. and "Life Without Bread" by Christian Allan, Ph!.D!.

Read the books and this will give you a lot of good solid information that will help you for the rest of your life!.
