Question: I want to lose weight by christmas!?
i don't really have a specific date, but i don't want to go into 2009 fat!. i'm 12 years old, 195 lbs, and 5 ' 9!. this might be the 7th weight loss question i've asked!. but everyone says eat less, exercise more!. eat 3-5 small meals!. blah blah blah!. i need something new!. maybe you could make me a list of what exercises and how many of them for me!? please!? no links please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. I think it's great that you want to lose weight, and I think there are lots of people out there willing to help!. If you're only 12, you're still growing, and so you need help from your doctor to plan a weight loss routine!. It would be really difficult to sum up a whole weight loss plan in the span of a Yahoo answer! The idea is to change your habits, not just go on a "diet!." Here are eight healthy habits to start with:
Always eat a healthy breakfast
Eat more fruits and vegetables
Limit or eliminate sweetened drinks
Limit screen time
Increase physical activity
Eat meals together as a family
Be positive about food

hey i am a little overweight my self and 16 and i sure don'tt want to go to the year 2009 fat so why don't u get into some sports because i think that's where u lose the weight by getting involved in something activated and something u enjoy !. The good about your weight from the looks of me at least u are not 5 foot 2 orsomething cause that's the height i am and 195 on me is Absolutely different then it would be on you!. do 10 jumpin jacks before you sit on the comp!. slowly though!. start with 10 then go up!.
sits ups when u lie in bed bored or something!.
I say dance is the best though!. but do as much as you can whenever!

i understand where your coming from expect i'm 13 :) but i think it's easier when you have any other person dieting with you!.

And if you eat a lot of fruit it helps your appetite Www@Answer-Health@Com

walk around with a couple friends!
its fun and you get exercise!.
you can catch up with gossip haha,
