Diet question please help!?!

Question: Diet question please help!!?
I have been on a diet for about 1 and a half weeks!. I have ate great sticking between 1100-1500 calories a day and eating NO processed food or unnatural sugars!. I also did at least 1 hour of cardio a night!. Today I lost my self control and had breakfast, a big salad, ice cream, 2 large pieces of cake, cheese puffs, and chocolate!.(I know im a pig, lol) Anyways I heard that if you overeat and then try and work out a lot that it makes you bulk up!. So my question is if I do 2 to 3 hours running/elliptical tonight is it a bad idea!. Should I just forget it and start fresh tomorrow!? Thanks so much for helping!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should get a good start tomorrow by waking up early like around 8 or 9am and go jogging!. For breakfast you should have only a salad!. If after your finished with what you have to do you can give yourself a treat such as popsicle or you can have a special k bar!. they have some that have chocolate!. But You should really have salad for breakfast, it will refresh your body and also from jogging a lot of the fat will come off!. Also plenty of greens will help you!. also don't listen to people telling don't eat any fats at all you can have fats and oils like twice in a month!. But nothing big!. Also when you hear your favorite song dance have fun throw little parties with your friends have fun with yourself!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
