Question: FAST AND EASY WAYS TO LOOSE WEIGHT!!!!?
ok i am 12 and i think that i am over weight i weigh 120 pounds and i wear a 5 juniors pants (jeans) and a 3 top!. i think i need to be a 3 pants and a 1 top at least!. any ways, what are some easy and fast ways to loose weight !.!.!.!.!. i already tried crash dieting and that only lasted a day (we went out to eat at pizza hut) lol anyways please please please tell me something that i can do to loose weight i want to weigh about 100 pounds thanks!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry hun, there are no "fast and easy" ways to lose weight!. But, what you need to do is start exercising at least 45 minutes a day and start limiting your food intake!. I don't want you to starve yourself but do count calories!. get over pizza hut, you need determination!. you can lose 20lbs in one month, if you eat 1200 calories and excersize!. its not easy, i've lost way more that that tho so its obviously possible!. im not trying to be mean, but i dont like people who make excuses like pizza hut, when its their determination thats messed up!. p!.s!. dont crash diet because you'll pass out, i've passed out from it like 10 times no joke!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

how tall are you!? 100 for a twelve year old is a little low unless you 5 foot or shorter!. im thirteen and when i was 12 is was a size 3 or 5 jeans and i was consired "skinny" but, if you are a little shorter then first gain muscle!. it will help you lose weight in the long run bc it burns a lot of calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u are not fat and I know u and I was at your house yesterday and your mom said EVERYBODY NEEDS TO EXERCISE!!!!!!!!!!!!! She just wants u to be healthy and cause everybody needs to exercise!!!!!So!.!.!.!.!. You don't need to lose weight you only weigh 120!. You don't need to starve yourself but if your really fell that you need to lose weight then just exercise and eat healthy!. You might gain a little weight because of muscle but not fat!. Your perfect as you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
