Question: Need help with my weight!?
Ok so i dance about 4 hours a day for 7 days a week and i eat the same as every males out there probable a little less but i cant lose the weight I'm 202 right now i want to be at lest 180 I'm 5!.9 in hight can any on help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't focus too much on the numbers in your scale!. Maybe, the reason you are "heavy" is because you are muscular from dancing everyday!. But if you really want to lower the numbers in your scale, then you should eat proper food!. If by "eating the same as every males out there" means you're constantly downing steak, burgers, beer and other kinds of fatty food and beverages, then you should at least cut back if not totally erase your memory of all those really delicious but unhealthy food!.
