Question: How Do you Improve Your Pushups!?
Every time I do push ups I do 10 each set of 5 and im 14 yrs old and weight 200pounds I lose 10 pounds From 3 months of Playing DDR Now my next challenge is to keep up with my tennis team at my highschool I can Do push ups without stoping But it takes me a while and i get tired fast is there any way that i can improve my Push ups!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

How do you do them!? you may not be doing them properly!. Your hands should be directly aligned with your shoulders on the ground!. your feet should be on the ground and the weight between your arms and feet should be equally proportioned!. Do not put your stomach down!. you should be in a straight line the whole time, from your toes to the tip of your head!. To improve your push-ups you could hold planks!. to do that, you go up as if you were doing a push-up, but you rest your elbows on the ground!. you must stay in that position, and hold it for 30 seconds!. gradually increase that, until you can hold it for 3 minutes without stopping! don't try to hold it for 3 minutes right away, because you could hurt your back or your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah! do more pushps! but more specifically do pushups from ur knees and make sure ur feet stay off the ground!. u do 10 sets of 5!? tha will only improve really slowly by like one pushup!. pushups are both a strengh and an endurance exercise!. if u run, it will improve ur lungs making ur breathing better which will damn sure make ur pushups higher!. do arm circles and be creative in them!. try doing 10 mins or arm circles, and do tricep dips!. also workout with the resistance bands and do pressing movements on the triceps, shoulders, and chest!. ask former and current armed forces members and they will know!. i was only able to do 20 pushups and improved to 35!. now i can do 100 pushups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try holding and flexing the muscle to help get that bigger burn feeling and continue to push yourself!. try mixing up the type of ways you are doing push ups and dont forget to eatWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would say get your arm muscles stronger!. try weight lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
