Question: Need a BODYBUILDING PLAN (PIC INCLUDED )!?

i really want to put on alot of mass how can i do this because im planning to compete in a year from now im 17 and would like to build alot of mass on my triceps mostly so can anyone give me their tricep excersise plan!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually work my triceps with either my chest or shoulders since both of these require the use of my triceps along with them!.

When I work my triceps, I like to start with a mass builder like close grip bench presses or weighted dips!. The latter will really work the long head of the tri's!. I first start with a warm up set of no less than 12 reps!. Then I do three more sets of 12-8 reps each time getting heavier!.

Next I move onto another mass builder that will work the other heads!. If I started out with dips, then I do cable press downs or close grip bench presses!. If I started with presses, then I will do lying extensions!. I do three sets of these 12-8 reps getting heavier each time!.

For the third exercise, I do and isolation exercise that will let me tighten and strain the last little bit out of my triceps!. I like to use the reverse grip one handed pull down or a one handed dumbbell extension!. I do three sets of these 12 reps each!. The object here is to isolate the muscle, so going heavy is not something you want to try!. When you get to the peak of each rep, pause for a second to get the triceps to tighten!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise must come with proper diet, otherwise you won't achieve your target!.

You have to learn how protein, sugar and fat are consumed and absorbed, etc!.

i do bodybuilding as well and i find that these four exercises help!.i do tricep kickbacks, dips and diamond pushups!. i recommend close-grip bench press as well!. do this:Tricep Kickbacks: 3x20Dips:3x30Close-Grip Bench Press:3x15Diamond Pushups:3x15

Some good tricep exercises are close grip bench press, dips, and tricep extension!. A combination of 9-12 sets of these exercises should bring some good results!.
