Caffine (as in coffee) is actually good for you!. It's scientifically proven that it may help "reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, heart disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, cirrhosis of the liver, and gout!."
But don't go crazy and have like 10 cups a day or something xDWww@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of people are pondering the same question as you are with the rise in energy products!. The key to it all is to moderate yourself from having too much!. Three cups of coffee a day should probably be your max!. Too many people are drinking energy drinks that have the equivalent of a cup or two of coffee!. We need to tone down on caffeine because it is capable of being addicted to!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can be bad for you!. If you have to much, it can raise the blood pressure!. It can also be bad for the heart!. When you have bad nerves like I do, it can bother your nervous system badly!. But maybe if you take a little bit, it might not hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have too much of it then yes, having about 3-5 cups of Coffee a day is about the max, i wouldn't have like 8 or else it would be really bad for you, especially if you have it on a day to day basis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you have to much it can be bad foe you but if you burn it of like running you will be fine some people take it as a weight loss substance because it gives you energy and you burn more calories Www@Answer-Health@Com
