my height is 5'4'' n everyone my mom papa n di n friends make my fun because i m fatty its really humilating to sit with thin girls!.My parents dont allow me to take medicine for reducing weight n i cant do regular exercises plz tell me my father is too old he want to do my marriage bt when guests come they refuses n told my papa that ur daughter is fatty !. i m really felling humilating plz help me

that really is rude of people man, you know what i kinda understand where you r coming from , i use to be almost a 115 kgs my self so i understand, how it feel the people joke about your weight or when they stare at you, Over the period of time i have tried almost every thing to try and loose fat, most them where just a scam, which has discouraged and disappointed me!. Now i understand the only way to effective and permanently loose weight is to exercise in a right manner and have an effective nutrition plan!. Don't eat food with fat or Sugar in avoid fizzy drinks they give you gas that makes you feel hungry!.
Eat more chicken veg and fruit cut down on bread try and eat wraps instead!.
Snackajacks or Rice crakers are low in fat and good for a treat when your on a diet!.
If you can't cut fat out try and eat less of what you already eat and drink more water to fill you up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

* Write down all the things you eat on a typical day!. Carry a small notebook with you and write down every snack, every drink, and the contents of every meal!.
