In football but not forming muscle.?!


Question: In football but not forming muscle!.!?
Hi, I'm in my schools football team and I go to every practice and never slack off!. But I've noticed that I am not forming muscle on my frontal body (chest, abs!.!.!.!.) Why is this!. To me I still look chubby, and I want to be forming abs!. What do I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am guessing the workout is based on reps, right!? Well that only builds so much muscle, before it stops building muscle and just maintains what you have!. You need to go beyond that!. Reps are fine but when you work out on your own!. Try holding your position, for a count of 3-5 or so on up to 10 or count your breathes while holding!. This will not only work you beyond what you are doing already but build that muscle faster and leaner!. Making you even stronger than the average and giving you more stamina!. You should start to notice a difference before too long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
