Running/jogging is good to reduce your belly fat, add sit up too (focus on right move instead of quantity)!. So if you can do many sit up in one set, for example 30-50, then you can do 15-20 but with slowly movement, repeat until 5-7 sets!. If you can, do those running and sit ups about 5 times in a week!. Give yourself few days for recovery!.
Since you aim for 6 pack, then you must do diet, or you can't get maximum result!. Eat only steam food, no fried, no salt, no sugar!. Those foods may taste plain or no-taste, but it's good for your diet and you can get better result!.
