Vitamin water is actually not good to drink often, and isn't much in the means of a sports drink!.

Funny, someone was talking about this the other day!.
Some scientists apparently got together and researched the 'ultimate sports drink' that you should feed to an Olympic athelete!. Not sure if they actually produced any, but the conclusion was that if an everyday person wanted to drink something similar, the thing that would be closest (nutritionally) would be chocolate milk made with 1% milk!. Pretty crazy, huh!?
Now, granted, there is one hitch that I can think of-most of us aren't Olympic atheletes!. Unless you're very seriously working out, it may not actually be the best thing for you (for instance, an Olympic water polo player will lose 5-10 lbs over the course of a game-does your workout get that intense!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com
