Question: Are you supposed to feel dizzy after doing back-extentions!?
I do 3 sets of back-extentions (free weight) 15 reps!. After each set, I feel really dizzy 2 tha point where I can't stand up!. Should I stop!? I dont want 2, coz it keeps me fit!. What should I do to stop this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe cut down your reps and do another set instead, see how you feel!.
Stay dehydrated, if your not that could be why!.
Make sure you arn't holding in your breath and breathe deeply the whole time!.

are you drinking enough water!? do you get enough sleep!? and do you eat carbohydrates like pasta!? and eat pletny of red meat and vegies!? try them all and see how you feel and you might need to take a vitamin supliment as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
