Okay so I feel really fat!.
My mum says im not but I dont know if she is telling the truth!.
Im 13 weigh 45 kilos and am 5 ft!.
AM I FAT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Also what are some good exercises and diets!?

no you are not fat! you are slim!. 99 pounds for your height is a great size!. do not let anyone tell you that you are fat, as long as you are a healthy comfortable size!. be sure to exercise and eat a healthy balance of vegetables, fruits, complex carbohydrates & protein! crash dieting, fasting, unbalanced diets, etc!. can cause your body to hold on to excess fat!. be good to yourself!. Maybe you are a "skinny fat" person!. Plenty of thin people are skinny fat, as in they look skinny, but they have little muscle and mostly fat, if you checked their body fat percentage it'd probably be higher than it looks!. If you are skinny fat, you will probably feel fat as everything is jiggly rather than firm!.
If you're concerned about it, don't bother with dieting, just do some exercise, it should start to convert you away from skinny fat to regular skinny, something like dancing or gymnastics would be good and fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

From the sounds of it, that seems like a normal weight to me!.
But if you still don't feel happy about the weight, do some cardio exercies!. Sit-ups, Push-ups, Jogging!. Don't do any weight lifting at your age because you are growing!. And for diets, drinks 8 glasses of water a day, eat 7 fruits/vegetables a day, and get protein preferably from Chicken!.
