Low-calorie/fat lunch for teen girl?!


Question: Low-calorie/fat lunch for teen girl!?
I eat a bowl of cereal in the morning at around 6:00-6:15!. Estimated 200-250 calories!.

Then, I go to school, and eat my veggies(2 pieces of celery, 3-5 baby carrots, one slice of bell-pepper) while I'm hungry in 3rd period, 10:30ish a!.m!. I go to lunch at twelve noon, and I need something low-calorie to fill me up until athletics at 3:00-3:45 because we work out!. I don't want to come home and fill up and then eat AGAIN at dinner!.!.

Stop eating all those carbs!.

Eat a meal that is balanced nutritionally, with 10g of protein, 5 g of fat and 20 grams of carbs!.


Get carbs that are slow to digest, like brocolli (or have a low GI ranking)!. Keep this balance and you will be surprised that you will not be hungry as much!. Read the nutritional information on the back of the products you purchase!. Just veggies alone are not good- because carbohydrates covert to sugar, and sugar to fat which is stored in your body!.

Stay away from white or refined wheat products, cookies etc!.
