According to BMI charts the correct weight for height, roughly is between 10stone7pounds up to about just below 13stones, anything over that is generally over weight, and anything under 10stones is under weight!.

Hope that helps, also you should measure your BMI!.

To calculate your BMI value exactly you must do, Weight (kg) divided by height(m) x height(m)!. This number tells you how healthy your weight is:

* under 18!.5 is underweight
* 18!.5-25 is healthy weight
* 25-30 is overweight
* 30-35 is obese
* over 35 is very obese!.

And keep in mind that if you have good muscle tone that muscles weigh more than fat so if you weigh more it doesn't mean you are over-weight!. And everyone is different!. As long as your pediatrician is not concerned and says you are healthy, then don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good rule of thumb is 100 pounds for a girl who is 5' tall, then add 5 pounds for every inch after-- so, 155 is average for a girl who is 5'11" and then 160 for someone who is 6' tall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
