Question: Does oatmeal make you go, stop you from going, or no effect on the digestive tract!?
Answers:
Oatmeal is helpful because it has both soluble and insoluble fibre!.!.!.soluble is the slippery stuff and insoluble is the bulky stuff that does not get digested!. You need both for digestive health but depending on your type of constipation you may need a little more of one type of fibre!. However, I think Oatmeal is a good choice because it has both!.!.!.fruit also works!.!.!.things like oranges, apples, berries are all good!. Veggies usually have more bulky fibre but it depends!. You also need a lot of water as well!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a good source of fiber!. If I needed to go, eating oatmeal or something made with it is a good way to go!.

But it's generally not as fast as say !.!.!. prunes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oatmeal , by it's very nature " binds " your stomach !. Eat enough , and you will become constipated !. Www@Answer-Health@Com
