A question about exercise, Should i exercise until I am tried or for the time am!


Question: A question about exercise, Should i exercise until I am tried or for the time amount I set!?
this is something i've always been confused about,
do I exercise until I am tried and worn out or do i do it for a certain amount of time!?

I do cardio first(about 15 -20 min) then some light weightlifting for tone (10-15 min) I'm trying to do 30min's at a time

i'm just starting to exercise again so i don't want to over do it either!.

just starting again i would time it and go easy!. but progressively get more intense!. you need to push yourself to the limit and just past or you will only maintain!. you could exercise all day at an easy pace where you dont get tired and not progress as much as an all out 30 min workout where you can barely move!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exersise is not going till u drop or u sweat as long as u move and do it regularly ur matabolism will improve and it burn fast ur calorie and eat healthy foods and stuff urself with more veg!.and fruits and avoid eating sugary foods and avoid caffeine it will weaken ur metabolism and soonu will easily file up caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi J you should always check with your doctor before you start any exercising plan!. And you should exercise for only couple of minutes as no more than 30 to 35 minutes a day or as many days you want!. this is what my doctor told me!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
