Answers:
Yes, there are some vitamins that can be harmful if you take too much of them!. Vitamin E, for example, is stored in the body, so if you take too much, it can cause reproductive problems, tumors in the breast, blood clots and fatigue!. Vitamin K,D, and vitamin A is also harmful if over-taken!. If you take too much A, you could cause cirrhosis of the liver!.

Some vitamins are not stored in the body, and so we can use extra doses!. Whatever the body doesn't need is dispersed through our urine!. One good example is vitamin C!.

Discuss what vitamins you may need with your doctor, before taking extra doses of what you think you may need!. They can give you tests to see if you're deficient in any!.

I would recommend, however, taking 1 prenatal vitamin daily!. They are higher in folic acid, which helps prevent birth defects, and are a great vitamin for any woman trying to conceive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
