Unsaturated fats are high in calories but will not contribute to heart disease or diabetes!.
These include:
nuts
avocado
seeds
vegetable oils such as sunflower, olive, safflower
High protein foods can also assist with weight gain eg
yogurt
eggs
lean meat
legumes (eg baked beans)
To gain weight be sure to eat regular meals and include snacks (with one of the above foods) between each meal
