Question: Should take creatine!?
im 13 5'10 165 lb of muscle i want to get bigger and my brother recomended creatine but idk if im old enough to take it safely anyone know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Creatine is not bad, it just takes a lot of responsibility!. You need to be able to consume more than a gallon of water throughout the day!. I wouldn't recommend this to someone attending in school unless you take a bottle with you and constantly fill it up and constantly using the bathroom!.

It will not stunt your growth!. What stunts your growth is bad form and technique when lifting weights, especially the spine!. Injury to the spine can possibly stunt your growth!. Everyone has lifted weights in one form or another since the day we are born!. Babies lift toy blocks, adults lift great amounts of weight!. The only difference is the intensity and there is no limit on intensity!.

If you want to get bigger, lift weights!. Do that first and get used to it!. Then when you are comfortable and have a full workout routine down, you can take Creatine!. You can take Whey Protein right now though!. If you are, mix it with water and drink it after working out!.

Creatine is natural and you find it in steaks and other meats!. Steroids is not safe, and Creatine is not steroids!. It's just commonly mistaken because of the risks and great responsibility involved to take it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
