You look great already tbh!. Anyway!.!.!.you have to lose body fat or all the working out in the world won't help you!. Your body fat % needs to get lower through dieting and aerobic exercise for your abdominal muscles to be visible!.

Basically eat less calories, but enough to lose weight healthily, while working out & getting aerobic exercise as well!. The faster you lose weight the more likely you will burn muscle instead of fat, so you can't starve yourself!. Because of this I doubt you will get the results you desire in 5 weeks, although if you diet you will see a definite improvement in that time!. Then keep it up cuz it takes a long time to have a ripped 6 pack (months - years)Www@Answer-Health@Com

How to get six packs abs fast and look amazing!. Guys, get those chisled abs and have the girls go wild!

Six pack abs are usually developed initially through indirect stimulus!. These exercises include squatting, dead lifting, overhead pressing, pull-ups, dynamic rows, and bench press!. Six pack abs are the sculpted muscles of the abdominal region!. Only a good diet will result in the look you desire!. Six pack abs are compacted and the buttocks gathered under to correct the angle of the pelvis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
