Question: Running help lose belly fat!?
My body's not fat just my stomach area is !. Im running 30 min a day, drinking loads of water, and of course eating right and lifting some weights!. Im not looking to be like ripped or anything, just slim down my belly area!. Do you think that this combination will help me to lose the weight and slim down!? Im 15 at 150 lbsWww@Answer-Health@Com

This will definitely help you slim down!. I run a lot as well and have lost a huge amount of weight!. My stomach definitely got flatter, but if you want to tone your stomach, then incorporate some crunches into your workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
