Question: Help me lose weight please (exercise plan needed)!?
I have access to a treadmill, cross-tainer and free weights!. I am supposed to need 2464 calories per day, so im cutting it down to 2000-2100!. I also have an hour and a half of "exercise time", but i dont know what i should do in this time with the equipment i have, and how which i should exercise on first!.

Don't just jump out of bed one morning and jog your butt off!.
*Sit down and make a realistic plan
*Use a diary to record the details
*Adopt a gradual approach e!.g!. Week 1, two sessions!. Week 2, three sessions!. And so on!.
*Plan to review your progress after (e!.g!.) one month!.
Exercising on your own requires huge self-discipline!. Make it easier for yourself by finding a friend or neighbor to exercise with!. Alternatively, or in addition, join an exercise class that is right for you!. But don't allow yourself to be pushed into something that is too strenuous!.
Take a 10 minutes walk, twice a day!.
Gradually extend yourself like Walk every day,Walk longer,Walk faster,Walk and swing your arms at the same time, Walk up one or two gentle slopes, Walk up steeper slopes
Exercise or Aerobics classes

Use the treadmill 5 times a day 1 hour each day and the cross-tainer, you don't need weights unless you want to gain muscle but it won't help you lose weight!. Do jogging every morning!. Before you need it in about 1-3 months you will lose 20-30 pounds! Depends on how much you work and discipline!. Don't eat fat,eat healthy like salads fruits etc!. You don't necessarily need 2000 calories each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do a lot of cardio!. Running or walking is good!. You can do it on the treadmill or outside, but you have to make it hurt and work up a good sweat!. If you use free weights, do compound exercises that use several large groups of muscles!. Your legs have 40% of your bodies muscle, so be sure to do lunges, squats, or dead lifts!.

Don't forget!. Cardio is most important!. Do it first since it is most important and go hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have tried and I have excellent results!. The only caution is not to be too into the diet because it is unhealthy to loose too much weight in a small amount of time!. If anyone else would like the diet secret, just e-mail me from my profile!.

Please remember that between the 11 days, you should really take a 2 week break or so, even though it says all you need is a few days!. It would be really unhealthy for you to loose 20 lbs!. in about 20 days!. It's way too much!. Do the diet for 2 months!. Take 11 days out of the 1st mounth and then start the next month!. If you really need to slim down, then do the diet, then wait a full 2 weeks before starting again and COMPLETELY STOP the diet when you are close to or you have hit the average weight for your height and age because you don't want to be underweight!.
