Question: Can exercise get rid of tiredness!?
I feel extremely weak and tired!. If I exercise for about half an hour, will I feel more energized or even more tired!?
I'm at a normal weight and exercise about 3-4 times a week!.

Yes it does!. Plus a good well balanced diet of healthy foods also help!. I used to didn't exercise and had junk food all day and would get tired in the afternoon!. Then I usually take a nap!. Now I have energy all day and don't need a nap!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
