Yeah, its called the "hard work and healthy eating" plan!.

Im a certified health professional, by the way!.

This includes:

1) DO NOT EAT fast food, junk food, artificial sweeteners or food, microwaved food, school food, fried food, etc!.

2) TRY TO ONLY eat organic food!

3) do NOT cut out any food groups! for example, dont cut carbs; dont cut meat; dont cut veggies; dont cut dairy; dont cut fruit!.

SIMPLY EAT THE HEALTHIEST FOODS FROM EACH GROUP! for example, from the meat group: eat fish, tuna, chicken, venison (deermeat), and turkey!.

for carbs (bread), eat organic whole grain breads, rye breads, and plain old pasta for spaghetti and meatballs is fine as well!.

4) NEVER starve yourself, NEVER count calories, NEVER overeat!.

simply eat until you're comfortably full, every single time!. but eat healthy and of course, exercise hard every day, to balance that out!.

5) eat hot peppers to speed up metabolism! eating jalapenos, spicy yellow peppers, etc!. burns fat and speeds metabolism, causing you to healthily and naturally lose weight!.

6) Take a multivitamin daily!. centrum a to zinc is the best, I think!.

7) NEVER drink sodas, or take caffeine, or any other stimulants!.

8) never take any kind of drugs- illegal, OTC, or even prescription- unless you DIRELY need them! drugs are a fraud- people are led to believe that drugs are the ONLY answer to problems! drugs only "mask" symptoms- you need to attack the cause!

for example, take aspirin!. if you exercise, eat right, reduce stress, get enough sleep, etc!. you wont HAVE headaches! and also, staying hydrated reduces headaches as well!.

then take asthma meds!. if you FORCE yourself to exercise (along with the above healthy living tips), including building up running speed and distance, along with weightlifting and sports, your ASTHMA WILL GO AWAY! MINE DID! and now im a successful athlete!

also, drugs ALWAYS have many negative side effects, many of those side effects aren't even known yet or on the label! drugs are dangerous!. stay away from them!. (drugs for enjoyment are the worst obviously, however!. ex!. alcohol, cocaine, PCP, marijuana, tobacco, etc!.)

10) get a colonic! basically, this cleans ur butt up by gently putting water thru it and getting all the hard, crusty, built up fecal matter out, so that your metabolism speeds up, and you have a healthier immune system, can breathe better, and toxins are put out!.

look it up with your doctor, and try to get one ASAP!. just dotn get more than one every 2-3 years- thats just my personal opinion!. its not necessary, I dont think!.

as for the exercise part:

10) run long distance runs 2 times a week, run middle distance runs (2 each of 400s and 800s) 2 times a week, and run 8 100m sprints 2 times a week!. make sure u split them up, so u run long distance once every 3 days, etc!.

11) go to the gym and weightlift 4 times a week!. do upper body one day, lower body the next!. do it mon and tues, then fri and sat!.

12) get into a sport that you like!.

the ones I highly recommend for best physical shape are:

basketball, soccer, wrestling, swimming, etc!. It MUST be a competitive sport!

Heres why:

the body will VOLUNTARILY and SUBCONSCIOUSLY sculpt itself into what it needs to be, when it senses competition!. for example, play basketball most days a week, and ur body will start to crap any extra food out, instead of putting it on ur body!. this is because the body MAKES ITSELF COMPETITIVE- its a primal instinct!. the body senses it NEEDS to to survive!

This SAME REASON is why dogs, cats, and most animals are so fit! They, for many many years, HAVE HAD TO EXERCISE AND FIGHT HARD to survive! they have been competitive! even dogs that like each other playfully fought as hard as they could, from day 1!. they wouldnt kill each other- BUT IT WOULD BE COMPETITIVE!

you must simulate this, if you want your body to start working for you, and not against you!. without a competitive sense of adrenaline, all the weightlifting and running in the world won't actually GET YOUR BODY WORKING WITH YOU! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start a diet diary work out your cal intake!.
Start dropping the sweets etc out!. Once you have settled into your diet reduce certain food groups for a week and see the results ( reduce potatoes for a week and see if you have a dramatic drop) Eat plenty of veg and watch how you cook, don't fry, grill and steam veg!. Don't try too much to quickly and only weigh your self once a week!. Try to eat often but not late and have 5 meals of the same quantity as three this keeps your metabolism more active!. Drink plenty of water as that makes you think your full!. Don't go mad and look at the long run rather than short goals and exercise is a huge part of dropping weight well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look into the Bob Greene's "Best Life Diet"!. I believe this diet is something that can become a lifestyle, instead of a typical "diet" (something you do for only a certain period of time to lose weight)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to exercise to speed up your metabolism first!
