Need to lose a few pounds, any help?!


Question: Need to lose a few pounds, any help!?
Ok i want to lose weight overall but i would much rather diet than exercise because i used to exercise alot and not have like a very fit stomach, and i am very happy with it, but i want to lose weight now!.!. any good diets i could do!? no crash diets or nything, something simple but effective ( i kno that might seem to gd to be true lol but i have been experiencing a bit of fatigue lately and i need somthing to lose weight but not too drastic)

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7
p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your
initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't
eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you
don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is
still balanced!. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or
to buy special meals or plans!.

Not going to make it complicated,

Excersise and a healthy diet is the key (nothing more to it)

If you don't do any excersise you will have to starve yourself to see any results

Just burn more calories and carbohydrates than your eating and have a low fat in-take
