How can i tone my buttocks?!


Question: How can i tone my buttocks!?
Hey There, I have been working out!. I've been doing lunges to tone my buttocks and gluts and whatnot!. I'm trying to get a somewhat bigger butt!. What else do I need to do!? Please no stupid answers saying eat Mcdonald's and stuff like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to work all the muscles of the hips!.

start on hands and knees in what is called a table top!. curl toes under and keep feet active!. You could place a cushion under your knees if they are uncomfortable!.

start Right side!.
exercise 1
extend right leg keep it straight, but do not hyper extend the knee!. flex the foot!. ( this means toes toward the shin) keep belly button pulled toward spine press heal toward ceiling 6-12 inches start with 15 reps!. always come back to your starting position
exercise 2 Stay in same starting position
extend leg out to the side 6 inches (abduct)stay grounded through left side of body!. Stay engaged do not collapse in low back!. come back to start position and and bring leg toward left leg (adduction)!.
stay slow on all moves
exercise 3 bend knee and keep foot flexed and press heal toward ceiling ( these are traditionally called Donkeys
exercise 4 keep knee bent extend leg out to side lift leg up and down!.
you will look like a dog hicking its leg

Do these exercise one after another
switch sides right then left
stretch hips for 2 minutes between each round
4 exercises in 1 set 15 reps and do 3 sets

Squats with weights should help, also running up stairs or steep hills!. You need to add resistance to build the muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
