What do you think of Weight Watchers?!


Question: What do you think of Weight Watchers!?
I am tired of constantly being called fat by my family ever since I gained weight two years ago when I had back surgery!. They think it is a joke!. However, I've tried everything!. I tried Trimspa, Hydroxycut, Going to the gym, Yoga (right now), and Pilates and others!. However, my back is still a problem!. My self confidence is so low that there are days where I wish I was sick of something so I can loose so much weight that my family wouldn't bother me!. My mom actually said the following to me: "Oh! I can't hug you anymore, you're fat!" and when I went to see my sister, the first thing that came out of her mouth was: "Oh my god! Your face got huge and I want you to be careful cause' you might get a heart attack soon!. Btw, I am 5'5 170 lbs!. and I'm 22 turning 23 soon!. I am just so fed up!. I feel like I am just the ugliest person on earth and I hate my body!. Thank you for your advice!. I got a lot out on my system today!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I freaking love Weight Watchers!. It's so easy to follow!. Nothing is off limits to me!.!.!.if I want to have ice cream, I have it, etc!. It's all about balance!. For me, if I'm told I can't have something!.!.!.!.that's it I'm done!. Diet over!.

Unlike many diet plans, Weight Watchers is just plain good 'ol sensible eating!. It makes sense while you are losing weight, and after you're done!. I think it's a great plan, and it's healthy!.

And!.!.!.here's the kicker (the one I sometimes have issues with, haha) it WORKS! When you follow it!.!.!.!.which I sometimes don't lol!. My bad!.

Mm, my mom was on Weight Watchers for a number of years and it didn't really do much for her, I'm sorry to say!. I think the best thing to do would just be find a diet that's right for you and continue to exercise until you maintain a healthy weight!. Sorry there's not more I can do for ya!. If your family make you feel so low then tell them what they are doing to you and if they continue to be so horrible to you then just cut them out for a while till they see that the way they treat you is wrong!.

You are not that overweight!. You wont be having a heart attack anytime soon from being what 20 pounds overweight!? And it isn't even your fault that your overweight, its due to your back injury so you should feel no guilt about it!.

Weight watchers is helpful but expensive and not that effective!. Just do 30 minutes- or as much as you can with your back, of exercise a day!. If you cant manage anything else just go on a walk round the block, take the stairs and generally be more active!.Don't eat fried foods for a while, eat less chocolate, cookies, cakes etc!. - don't cut them out completely you ll only crave them and end up binging, eat fruit and veg in place of your usual snacks and cut down on fatty meats such as beef and increase high protein, low calorie meats such as chicken!.
