How do i get firm thighs fast?!


Question: How do i get firm thighs fast!?
I kind of starved myself for six months and my thighs lost most of the muscle in them (apparently if you starve yourself your body start 'eating' your muscles)!. Now my thighs are very soft and not firm at all!.
