Metabolism isn't something you can just turn up or down unfortunatley!.
Your metabolism is something which burns calories just by doing everyday things - even your heart pumping, your blood pumping around your body, thinking/concentration, things you don't even think about doing!
If you were sat down all day, you would burn 1200 calories!. With all the other things such as walking and absorbtion of food you would burn 2000 calories in a day - and that's without excercise!.
So the only thing you can do is to excercise more to burn more calories :)
Don't go below 1200 calorie intake as your metabolism will go down - you won't burn 1200 calories doing the things you don't think about doing!

Pills are not healthy!.!.!.the best way to increase your metabolism is by lifting weights!. As your muscles develop, you begin to burn more calories even when resting!. Adding other types of exercise, such as running/jogging or swimming, also help boost your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No pills!. they are not good!. Eat within 15 to 30 minutes of waking up to start your metabolism early so you will burn more throughout the day!. Eat 4 to 6 meals a day!. stay away from trans fat and high sodium foods!. And drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating throughout the day ironic eh like 8 lil 250cal meals and that revs it up taking a multivitimin after lunch helps alot or around 2-3 that's when ur lacking vitimins usually pills!.!.!.no cuz when u get off them ur metabalism is all messed upWww@Answer-Health@Com
