Losing Weight...I need help.?!


Question: Losing Weight!.!.!.I need help!.!?
I plan on losing quite a bit of weight, around 120-140 pounds!. I'm 20 years old, and I'm scared I'll have a lot of sagging and visible stretch marks!. I don't plan on losing this whole amount in a rush of course, because I don't want to be in worse health!. But, sadly I do have stretch marks on my stomach!. Is there a way I can exercise and diet so I can have skin that tightens and doesn't have extreme stretch marks but barely noticeable!? I'm not vain, and I definitely don't like to dress half naked, but I'm young and I'm tired of being so self-conscious!.!.!.I think you guys understand what I mean!. I'm sorry to be vague, but you never know until you get there!. Since you are young you are less likely to have the sagging skin!. However genetics and how long you have been overweight play a part in that!. You can offset effects by building muscle which helps "fill out" the loose skin, and just looks better in general!. Sadly, the stretch marks are there to stay!. You can have treatments done by a dermatologist that will help to make them less noticeable though!. If you have excess skin that will need to be removed then eventually you may look into a tummy tuck which will take care of the skin and remove the stretch marks!. Usually it will only remove those that are below the belly button though!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
