Yes Banana's have Higher content of Potassium than other foods, but if you have normal kidney function then the kidneys Just excrete the extra Potassium!.

The body does not store Potassium!. It must be replenished by food daily!. Glycogen is the only exception!.

Its pretty healthy!. But too much potassium can give you muscle cramps especially at night!. So I suggest cutting it down to 1 or 2!. Its happened to me before!. Try a variety of fruits like blueberries and strawberries!.
