The best way to get taller is by making sure you have all of the vitamins, minerals, and food you need!. Personally, I think that 5'8" to 5'9" is a great height!. I'm only about 5'1" myself (I'm a girl)!. Keep in mind that your genes have a lot to do with how tall you'll be!. If you're a guy, you should be around the same height as your father, give or take a few inches!. You can talk to your doctor about it and he/she could probably give you a good estimate of how tall you'll be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
