Question: I have gained 23 pds in the past 5 months!. I need help on how to lose the weight!.!?
I have gained 23 pds!. I really didn't notice it because i am still the same clothes size its just a little tighter!. I noticed changes in my thighs, stomach and chest, back ,and face!. Is there anyway i can gradually lose the weight!. I am not a junk food eater!. i eat junk food maybe twice a week!. I eat healthy!. I exercise about twice a week!. But some time i do wake up in the middle of the night and eat leftovers from dinner!. I am on a college student budget!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
