Answers:
The problem is, you can't 'spot treat' fat areas!. You need to combine a healthy reduced calorie diet, with daily vigorous exercise!. Try to include Pilate's!. No specific food you eat will just target one area of your body, fat is fat!. If you eat more calories in a day than your body burns up, you will gain weight!. It's a simple input and output balance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

unfortunatley you cannot spot reduce but you can spot tone and shape!. however you will lose weight first from the places you gain weight first!. so if this is the first place you usually gain, its more than likely going to be the first place you lose as well!.

squats lunges and cardio of your choice!. do cardio, whether walking or taking a class at a midto high impact

certain foods have been rumored to go straight to thighs, such as orange juice!. so anyway, so if your diet needs to be adjusted then simply follow the food pyramid and consume the least amount of recommended servings per food group until you accomlish your goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
