What's the best way to get in Shape?!


Question: What's the best way to get in Shape!?
I'm 17 year old girl,
height: 5'2
weight: 121 lbs!.

i have a gym membership
and i'm starting to go every saturday for like 2 hours!.

i want to tone up my body and i'm just inexperienced with how to
and where to even start!.

can you just give me basic tips!?
and if you know, how long do you think it will take and how much weight will i be losing!?

any info AT ALL would be great :)

I don't know about working out in the gym!.!.The way I stay in good shape is riding a bicycle for the past 15 yrs!. right now, I'm 45 and in good physical condition!. I also try and put down 2000+ calories a day to keep up my exercise and I never can gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat vegetables and chicken (no skin) for lunch and dinner!. Eat oatmeal for breakfast!. Eat 2 snacks a day, an apple or a pear!. Try to go without bread for 3 days a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
